Step 1: Gather all Required Info
Download our Product Manufacturing Resource (PMR) form and take note of needed dimensions, then fill it out (to the nearest eighth of an inch). Also take photos of fabrics and other relevant images if possible.
Step 2: Submit to Us
Attach the completed PMR + photos* to the contact form below. Alternatively, you may email the attachments directly to sales@threadwell.co, along with your previous Sales Order # and Contact & Property info. Expect an email from our Sales team once your request has been received.
